Usage:

• The online web server only allows at most 2 sequences at each submission.


• The web server accepts protein sequence in FASTA format as input, and the list of substitutions should be provided separately and delimited by line breaks.


• For human Swiss-Prot sequence, we have already prepared pre-computed PSI-BLAST result. Please use UniProt accession number as sequence header in the FASTA file if you upload Swiss-Prot sequence.
