Usage:

1. Please input your protein plain sequence in standard FASTA format. EXAMPLE
2. Please input only one sequence at a time (length > 40).
3. Increasing the number of random seeds and selecting UniRef90 database may output better results but will be significantly time-consuming.
4. Please try to remove the known non-WD40 regions from your sequence if any, thus the prediction would become faster.
