Usage:

1. Please input your protein plain sequence in standard FASTA format. EXAMPLE
2. The maximum input up to 5 sequences (length > 40).
3. Increasing iterative times and selecting UniRef90 database may output better results but relative time-consuming.
4. Please try to remove the known non-WD40 regions from your sequence, thus the prediction would become faster.
